Want to learn more about copyright? Bring your lunch and learn!

The Sterne Library will be offering a three workshop series introducing participants to a variety of topics related to copyright, from a general introduction to specifics such as fair use and author agreements.

Participants will: gain a rudimentary understanding of copyright which will allow them to better comply with the law and to identify potential compliance problems, learn to conduct an effective fair use analysis both in the print and digital environments, gain a better understanding of the intricacies of fair use, and become more comfortable with interpreting the author agreements they are asked sign.
