Looking for some preparation materials for the Praxis exams?  Listed here are resources available to you at Sterne Library and Jefferson County Public Library.  To apply for a Jefferson County library card, click here.

Resources at Sterne Library include:

• Print study guides which are located in the LB1762 section of the reference collection on 1st floor and the circulating collection on 3rd floor.
• Electronic books which may be accessed through the Net Library  database: McGraw-Hill’s Praxis I & II Exam; Study Guide for the Mathematics — Proofs, Models, and Problems, Part I, Test; and PPST: 12 Hours to a Better Score on Praxis 1: Pre-professional Skills Test.

Resources at Jefferson County Libraries include:

• Print study guides mainly in the call number area of 371.12076.
• Practice tests in the Learning Express Library database. Go to their databases page and find this database under the category “Social Sciences and Tests.” At this point you will be asked to login with your name and library card number. Once in the database, you need to go to the “Jobs and Careers” section, and choose “Teaching.”
