The 2010 IEEE Power & Enregy Society’s Transmission and Distribution Conference and Exposition, being held 19-22 April 2010 in New Orleans, aims to examine the impact of technical and business solutions, and the methods and procedures for operating and maintaining power-delivery systems at peak levels as the systems of the future are contemplated.  Original papers are now being accepted.
